RESULT
The campaign caused a great resonance in the business community and served as one of the catalysts of the Central Bank's decision on the phased transition of state employees to the payment card MIR due to the unavailability of infrastructure. The draft law introduces significant changes in terms and procedure of compulsory implementation of the national payment card MIR: for public sector employees + 6 months; for pensioners + 3 years.
